Thanks so much to Satia Rai MSyl and her fabulous team for supporting me and my activist colleagues who were assisting me at the Mental Health Awareness music protest I staged in London, outside Parliament on Saturday. 

As discussed it was really encouraging to see such a professional, timely and well-presented report from your control room team member, Asfand Qazi following a serious incident on site, requiring an air ambulance to land at the assignment.  The actions taken and report from the Woodwill control room were effective, clear and well above standard expectations and a great reflection of the work being undertaken by Woodwill.

The Woodwill Security team helped me evict a live-in employee who had become aggressive and violent. Their support on the day ensured that everything went as smoothly as it could have done, despite it being a very stressful situation. Things got heated and the police had to be called, the Woodwilll team were professional and responded to the situation effectively as it unraveled in order to ensure my safety and the protection of my property. I then had guards 24/7 for the following week to ensure that the evicted former employee did not come back to pursue the threats he had made against me. Knowing the Woodwill security team was on hand if I needed it was an incredible support and meant I was able to sleep at night knowing that me and my property were safe.
